The results were that we created special cases for our equipment. With the interest and encouragement from other fisherman we started manufacturing these rod and reel cases for the fly fisherman and bait casters. Now Harding & Sons manufacture over 40 rod and reel cases for fisherman, in addition, duffels, abalone tube covers and specialty items, such as the Traveler Rod Cases, Bait/Spin Rod and Reel cases with more coming. From a one-piece to five pieces of any length, 1 1/2" diameter pipe to 6", we have cases to fit one rod or a dozen. We use only superior quality materials to make our rod and reel cases, carrying cases, duffels and bags. Using the very best USA 1000 denier Dupont Cordura nylon, density 4 pound 1/2" thick foam, #8 YKK zippers, and PVC pipe. We have 17 colors on hand in 1000 denier cordura and 16 colors of the 600 denier including 4 Aloha linings for you to choose from. Ask for our swatch color wheel. All cases are fully lined with robe velour to resist scratching, and tipped with 3/4" soft-hard foam which eliminates most wear. Our double and triple cases are divided with foam partitions to stop reels from knocking.
